CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS (ConOps) FIELD MENTOR

The Field mentors would need to have experience in one of the below focus areas:

D4 End States
Soil & Groundwater Operations
Waste Projects and Operations
Radiological Control Conduct of Work

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provides field mentoring, observation, and coaching to improve operational performance, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform field observations of work execution
Provide coaching on Conduct of Operations principles
Identify improvement opportunities
Participate in project meetings
Conduct assessments and support corrective actions
Provide weekly updates to Lead Mentor

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years relevant experience
Experience in operations, maintenance, or radiological control
Leadership or mentoring experience
Prior Hanford experience preferred
